The boyband will play nine dates across the country in support of their Greatest Hits collection.
Westlife will perform their 14 number one hits during the show, as well as their new material including upcoming single 'Lighthouse'.
The string of concerts will start in Newcastle on May 14 and conclude at Glasgow's SECC on May 27.
The band said of the tour: "It's almost hard to believe that we've been doing this for as long as we have.
"We're incredibly proud of what we've achieved and are looking forward to releasing our Greatest Hits album and performing them live on the tour as a special thank you to our fans who have supported us throughout our career."
Tickets for the shows will go on sale on October 21 at 9am.
Westlife's Greatest Hits will be released on November 21, while their new single 'Lighthouse' will be available to download on November 13.
