InHouse provides production services for Westlife

INHOUSE has announced that it will provide full production services for the hotly anticipated Westlife concert, being held at the Jebel Ali International Centre of Excellence on April 14. The legendary Irish group are one of the most successful bands of all time and have sold over 43 million records worldwide, and with 14 no. 1 hits, are the UK’s top-selling group of the last decade.
“Westife are right at the top of pop’s hierarchy and have a legion of loyal fans, expectations will be very high and InHouse’s role is to make sure the night is a flawless success”, saids Nick Groves, founder and managing director of InHouse.
Westlife is being brought to Dubai by Jebel Ali International Hotels. inHouse will be working on all elements of the production, including audio, video, staging, lighting, security, site management and stage management.
“The show is being held in a wonderful setting, the first time a concert on such a large scale has been held at that venue, and it will be our responsibility to prepare it to take the anticipated audience size, we will be bringing necessary additional infrastructure including traffic management,” said Groves, speaking on the challenges of production. “The Westlife show is part of a world tour and we certainly have our work cut out making sure the technical production meets the high demands of such successful entertainers”.
“We are absolutely delighted to be given this opportunity, proud to add more big stars and big productions to our list that also includes Usher, Rod Stewart, Spandau Ballet, Keane, and Paolo Nutini, all in just one year,” concluded Groves.
